Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Echo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Service Description

Echo is a review management platform that:

• Aggregates reviews from multiple platforms
• Provides AI-powered response suggestions
• Syncs review data with CRM systems
• Enables QR code review capture campaigns
• Offers email marketing tools for review collection

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate, current information
• You represent that you have authority to bind your company

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Plans

• Solo: $129/month or $1,290/year
• Starter: $299/month or $2,990/year
• Professional: $599/month or $5,990/year
• Business: $999/month or $9,990/year
• Enterprise: Custom pricing starting at $2,499/month

3.2 Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3.3 Free Trial

• 14-day free trial available for new customers
• No credit card required for trial
• Trial converts to paid subscription unless canceled

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May:

• Use the Service for lawful business purposes
• Connect your own review platforms and CRM
• Generate AI responses to customer reviews
• Export your data

4.2 You May NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading reviews
• Use the Service to send spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

• Echo platform, code, and features are our intellectual property
• You receive a limited license to use the Service

5.2 Your Property

• You retain all rights to your customer data and reviews
• You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service

6. Data and Privacy

We process data according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for data accuracy and compliance.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• No warranties, express or implied
• No guarantee of results or outcomes
• No liability for AI-generated content accuracy

8.2 Limitation of Damages

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Takes effect at end of billing period

9.2 By Us

• We may suspend/terminate for Terms violations
• We may terminate with 30 days notice

10. White Label (Business/Enterprise Only)

Business/Enterprise tiers may customize branding and remove "Powered by Echo" attribution. Cannot misrepresent ownership of underlying platform.
